Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms explain the rules for using BeatMyBroadband.com (the "site"). Please read them before you use the site. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
The site is run by Digital Analytica Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15423850), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. You can contact us at info@digital-analytica.co.uk. How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. What our service is
The site is a free service that shows broadband deals from selected partners and introduces you to a provider or partner when you ask us to. We are not a broadband provider and we do not sell broadband. If you choose a deal, your contract is directly with the provider and is subject to the provider's own terms. We do not compare every provider or every deal in the market. We show deals from the partners we work with, so there may be other deals available that we do not show.
3. How we are paid
The service is free for you. We may receive a payment from a partner for introducing you, and whether we are paid may depend on whether you become that partner's customer. This does not increase the price you pay and does not change the deal you are offered.
4. Deal information
Prices, speeds, contract lengths and other deal details are supplied by our partners and are correct as at the date shown on the page. They can change at any time. Speeds shown are averages, not guaranteed, and availability depends on your address, so a deal may not be available where you live. Some prices rise during the contract and some deals have extra charges such as postage and packaging. We show these where we have them, but please check the full details with the provider before you sign up. We are not responsible for the provider's pricing, service or terms.
5. Using the site
You must be aged 18 or over and live in the UK to use the site. You must give accurate information about yourself and only submit your own details, or details of someone who has asked you to. You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- submit false, misleading or automated enquiries;
- copy, scrape or collect content from the site by automated means;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or interfere with how it works; or
- use the site to send spam or harmful material.
6. Our intellectual property and other brands
The site, its design and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not copy or reuse it for any other purpose without our written permission. Names, logos and trademarks of providers and partners belong to their owners and are used only to identify their deals.
7. Links to other websites
The site may link to other websites, including our partners'. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Availability of the site
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for any loss to a business or for loss of profit, or for the products, services or terms provided by providers and partners. We provide the site with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee it will meet your needs.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the site or our service, please email info@digital-analytica.co.uk and we will respond as soon as we can. If your complaint is about a provider's service or contract, you should contact that provider.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute connected with the site are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live. Otherwise the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
